Casa Malaparte on the islet of Capri, Italy, is Oliver Spencer's favorite house.
A house famous for its imposing modern Italian architecture and
perched high on a dizzying coastline surrounded by the sea, the rugged natural
coastline contrasts with clean Modernist lines to create a harmonious
relationship between tradition and modernism.

Inspired by this minimalist design, Oliver Spencer created a
clothing collection with a clear Mediterranean influence from the 1950s.
Double-back styling and a color palette of Pompeii Red, Rust,
and Navy are offset by
vibrant honey, cream, and ecru, and fabrications exclude silk, filament, linen,
merino, and nylon.
Key pieces in the new collection embrace the Theobald Jacket,
Buck Jacket and Tab Pants in Linton Pink, the Special New York Shirt in Gray
and the Judo Pant in Linton Gray.
“For me, Oliver Spencer, it's about being yourself while being
smart,
distinctive and
comfortable. I want to make clothes that you can adopt and live with. Clothes
you can live in, clothes you can do things with. - Olivier Spencer
Since he started working a stall at Portobello Market, Oliver
Spencer opened just one store on Lambs Conduit Street in London in 2002.
Since
then, the brand has opened four more stores and an international online
business, as well as being present in many department stores around the world,
from Selfridges to Liberty of London and Mr Porter.
