Matches Fashion x Lanvin Capsule Collection

London-based luxury retailer MatchesFashion.com has launched an exclusive capsule collection with Parisian fashion house Lanvin.

Created as part of an ongoing series of digital exclusives designed to celebrate the best of global menswear, Lanvin Creative Director Lucas Ossendrijver has created a collection that emphasizes understated design and attention to detail.

Ossendrijver gave Lanvin a makeover when he arrived in 2005,

drawing on his rich history of French haute couture and specializing in refined, artistic pieces made from high-quality fabrics. Matchesfashion.com has capitalized on the same philosophy, working together to develop a ten-piece collection that takes advantage of this aesthetic.

“I am very happy and gratified to collaborate with MatchesFashion.

com on this capsule assembly. MatchesFashion.com has been a huge supporter of Lanvin over the years, so it's a pleasure to do something just for them. - Lucas Ossendrijver, Lanvin Creative Director

Unique embroidery based on Lanvin's arrowhead symbol was created specifically for this collection and is featured on tailored trousers, knitwear and outerwear. A long-sleeved tartan shirt rubs shoulders with a variety of suits in shades of navy, charcoal, and red. Exclusive versions of the Lanvin High-Top Shoe, Runner, Slip-On and Backpack complete a collection featuring a laid-back vibe designed to be worn on any occasion.

“At MatchesFashion.com, we pride ourselves on working with the best international men's clothing brands and designers. We are thrilled to launch this exclusive collaboration with such an iconic and respected fashion designer that we know resonates with our client. Lanvin has created a capsule collection that effortlessly blends style and versatility, containing exclusive pieces as well as luxurious wardrobe essentials that are sure to appeal to our diverse global audience. - Damien Paul, Director of Menswear, MatchesFashion.com
